D-type hydra pulper is mainly used for crushing pulp board, waste paper, deinking and pulp purification. Through dissociation, the fibers of the paper can be broken down into fiber bundles or single fibers to the greatest extent, and at the same time, it can maintain the shape and strength of impurities to the greatest extent.

How to produce sustainable pulp?

This  guide describes the entire production process from wood raw material to pulp products.

1. Wood Treatment

To improve pulping efficiency, sustainably grown and sourced wood is first debarked and cut into chips. In addition to wood chips, we also use sawdust from sawmills and plywood mills for pulping. The bark is used to produce renewable energy.

2. Fiber Treatment

After the wood chips enter the digester, they are mixed with an alkaline solution called white liquor and cooked at high temperature. During this process, the lignin dissolves and separates out the fibers. The pulp is then washed, screened and bleached.

The residual chemicals from the cooking process are called black liquor, and about half of the wood material is dissolved in the black liquor. The black liquor is transported to an alkali recovery plant, where energy is generated by burning the organic matter in it to sustain the pulp making process. Inorganic components can be regenerated into new white liquor.

3. Drying and packing

The washed and bleached pulp resembles fluffy white cotton balls.

Finally, the pulp is sent to a dryer for drying, slitting and baling for easy handling, storage and shipping. A standard pulp export unit consists of eight 250kg bales.
