How does the Crawler Shot Blasting Machine Work
Add a certain amount of workpieces to the cleaning room. After starting the machine, the track runs forward, and the workpiece continuously rolls. The thrown projectiles and grit flow into the hoist, and lift by the elevator to the separator for separation. The fan can blow dust and broken steel shot to the dust collector. The dust is dropped into the dust collection box by mechanical vibration. The shot and sand mixture retracts into the chamber by the return pipe, and reuses after separating. After finishing the shot blasting, the door of the shot blasting chamber opens automatically. Track starts to reverse, and the workpieces are unloaded.
