How does the Crawler Shot Blasting Machine Work

1. Add a certain amount of workpieces to the cleaning room. 
2. After starting the machine, the track runs forward, and the workpiece continuously rolls.
3. Then shot beam evenly strikes the workpiece surface, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning and strengthening.
4. The thrown projectiles and grit flow into the hoist, and lift by the elevator to the separator for separation.
5. The fan can blow dust and broken steel shot to the dust collector. The dust is dropped into the dust collection box by mechanical vibration.
6. The shot and sand mixture retracts into the chamber by the return pipe, and reuses after separating.
7. After finishing the shot blasting, the door of the shot blasting chamber opens automatically.
8. Track starts to reverse, and the workpieces are unloaded.

Note:

• Remove the dust in the dust collection box regularly, which can prevent blocking the dust discharge pipe, and affecting the dust removal effect.
• Clean up the debris under the screen in the separator funnel.
• Clean the projectiles around the equipment, so as to prevent injury from slipping.
• Checked frequently the crawler and hoist belt in the cleaning room for deviations.
• It is forbidden to open the feeding door before the shot blaster stopping.
