How does a road marking machine work?

If the ambient temperature is lower than 100℃, the construction cannot be done, and the road line must be dry and dust-free during the construction process.

After melting and dispersing, in order to ensure better marking quality, carry out inspection and testing. The inspection method is to take a small sample of the paint in the kettle, apply it to a sheet (about 1.6mm thick), let it cool naturally, and bend it with your fingers after drying. The smear breaks when it is bent to about 35 degrees.
3. Marking coating group: When the paint after the hot melt kettle is melted into the marking tank, it needs to be filtered with an iron screen. Ignite the fire under the barrel and at the side of the scribe to maintain a proper construction temperature. Then pour the glass beads into the box, and the construction can begin. When marking the line, the marking machine coats the wire according to the wire, and the suitable temperature of the coating during coating is about 180°C.
What should the road marking machine pay attention to?
1. At the same time, the marking line should be spread evenly and widely with glass beads. The amount of glass beads is 0.3~0.4Kg/m, and the spreading time should be strictly controlled according to the temperature of the coating.
2. All horizontal markings, legends, symbols, and arrows should be uniformly coated with the template, the surface should be flat, and the wet film thickness should meet the requirements of the drawing.
3. In order to improve the adhesion between the road surface and the coating film, the aluminum alloy solid solution thermal aging furnace must be coated with primer and then marked with a marking machine on the road surface. The primer is composed of synthetic resin, plasticizer, and aromatic solvent. Before the primer is dry, paint line drawing is not allowed.
