Fog Cannon Dust Suppression

 Fog cannon is used to spray dust and suppress dust in the coal storage shed of raw coal. Increasing the saturated humidity of the ambient air makes the materials less likely to raise dust; the use of water droplets smaller than 150μm to absorb dust in the dust-containing gas, and naturally settle under the action of gravity, thereby controlling the amount of dust in the coal storage shed.

1. Fans, water pumps, rotation, and pitch mechanisms are all driven by motors, with on-site manual and wireless remote control (within 100 meters of safe visual range) control functions, and the entire operation control can realize on-site (manual control), automatic control, and central control Indoor (remote on-site/automatic control) control operation, a single device or multiple devices can achieve simple operation, safety, and reliability.

2. Fog cannon dust suppression is equipped with winter heat preservation and heating system (self-controlling temperature). Explosion-proof type is selected for electric heating to prevent electric leakage. The thickness of the insulation layer is not less than 50mm.

3. The dust suppression cannon should be equipped with fans and safety protection devices. The blades of the fan must be made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, and must not be made of high-strength plastics with low strength and easy loss, and must undergo a dynamic balance test before leaving the factory.

4. The parts of the fog cannon machine should meet the requirements of continuous operation in harsh environments for a long time. The equipment should be equipped with a water booster pump. The water booster pump must be a stainless steel multistage centrifugal water pump. Positive displacement pumps are not allowed.

5. Fog cannon dust suppression requires that the connection between the fan support frame and the fixed base should use a stronger slewing support structure, and no bearings, copper alloys, or polymer plastics with lower strength and easy to wear should be used. The connection between the fan and the base is connected by a fully sealed bearing with a seat. The temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 40℃, and the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 80℃. The bearing seat adopts an external lubricating nozzle.

6. Fog cannon requires that the pitch mechanism be hydraulically driven and have a self-locking function to meet the requirements of the fan to move up and down within the range of -10º～+55º under working conditions. The fan base bearing adopts a fully sealed bearing with seat.

7. The nozzle of the fog cannon machine should be made of pure copper and adjustable.

8. The connecting piece of the water pipe of the equipment air cylinder and the water pipe of the fixed base must be a rotary joint to prevent the hose connection from being damaged due to continuous rotation for a long time. The hose adopts stainless steel explosion-proof tube.

9. All water pipelines are acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant, made of stainless steel 304, bolts are galvanized bolts, and bolts for special parts are high-strength bolts.

10. The mist cannons machine should be equipped with a stainless steel 304 water filter device, which is easy to disassemble and can be adapted to the water quality of the bidder without clogging the nozzle.

11. All materials and parts (or components) should meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and should be new and high-quality, and can meet the requirements of the local environment. The fan duct plate thickness is required to be ≥3.75mm. The base is made of national standard H180 channel steel. The base must have a hoisting device.

12. The on-site control box of the fog cannon configuration should be made of aluminum alloy and be explosion-proof.

13. Set a control box for each fixed dust controller, which should have dust-proof and splash-proof performance, and be explosion-proof, with a protection level of IP65 or above. It can realize local manual, remote and remote automatic control. The electrical components in the control box are Chint components or products of the same quality brand.
