3. Customize non-woven materials, covers, film rolls, cartons, etc. according to customer needs; first select high-quality non-woven fabrics to make wet wipes, because most of spunlace non-woven fabrics are made of fiber and viscose in proportion. The quality of the non-woven fabric with high glue is high, the function of viscose is to increase the quality of the non-woven fabric, and the function of the fiber is to sterilize and antibacterial.
4. Print to see color.
5. Delivery by the supplier, inspection of incoming materials (rolled film, non-woven fabric, lid); disinfection of incoming materials.

The water wetted by the wipes is filtered by RO membrane to remove the pure water formed by inorganic salts and trace elements in the water, thereby increasing the shelf life of the wet wipes. The water used in general wet wipes is EDI purified water and RO pure water. 8. The taste and ratio of the wet wipes are adjusted according to the customer's requirements. Some customers want to contain alcohol, and some do not require alcohol. The fragrance contained in the wet wipes is added plant extracts. The wet wipes without any additives are more likely to be loved by most people. 9. Produce samples and check whether they meet the requirements.
10. Formally put into mass production, mass production of wet wipes.
11. Pack and seal the wet wipes that pass the test. The packaging of the wet wipes must be tightly sealed to achieve the effect of the wet wipes.
12. Manually check whether the packed wet wipes are completely sealed, and the qualified products are packed in boxes.
13. After the finished product is qualified, the quantity will be counted and shipped.
