Positive and negative circulation refers to the circulation method of the drilling fluid in the water well drilling rig. Purpose and method of water well drilling rig maintenance

After long-term use of water well drilling rigs, natural wear and looseness will occur. The harsh working environment is also an important factor in aggravating wear. In order to maintain the good performance of the machine, reduce the wear of parts and prolong the service life, the maintenance work of the water well drilling rig must be done well.

(1) Cleaning: Scrub at any time. Remove oil and dust from the machine and keep the appearance clean; at the same time, clean or replace the engine oil filter and hydraulic oil filter regularly.

(2) Inspection: Before, during and after the operation of the water well drilling machine, perform routine viewing, listening, touching and trial operations to determine whether each part is working properly.

(3) Fastening: Vibration occurs during the working process of the drilling machine. Loose connecting bolts, pins, etc., or even twist off accidents. Once the connection is found to be loose, it must be tightened in time.

(4)Adjustment: The relevant clearances of various parts should be adjusted and trimmed in time to make them flexible and reliable, such as the tension of the crawler and the tension of the feed chain.

(5) Lubrication: According to the requirements of the lubrication points of the water well drilling rig equipment, replace the lubricating oil on time to minimize the running friction of the parts.

(6) Anti-corrosion: waterproof, acid-proof, moisture-proof and fire-proof, etc., to prevent corrosion of various parts of the water well drilling rig.

(7) Replacement: The vulnerable parts of the water well drilling rig should be replaced as soon as they fail, such as the friction block of the power head trolley, the paper filter element of the air filter, O-rings, hoses and other vulnerable parts.
