Only by paying attention to these aspects can the most satisfactory spraying effect be obtained. The specific points of attention are as follows:
1. When using a large spray gun, the spraying distance should be 20~30 cm, and when using a small spray gun, the spraying distance should be 15~25 cm. If the distance is too close, the spray will be thick, and too far will be thin.
2. The running speed of the spray gun should be kept at a uniform speed, generally, the speed is 30-60 cm/sec. Too slow is easy to cause sagging, and too fast is easy to leak.
3. The overlap of spray patterns needs to accumulate experience in daily work in order to maximize the spraying effect.
4. The temperature of the sprayed paint should be controlled at 20-30°C, otherwise it will affect the viscosity of the paint and thus affect the spraying effect.
